Boat Storage Area
Grantwood Homeowners Association owns, maintains and improves commonproperty including a storage area that is convenient, secure and lighted for thebenefit of HOA members. Roadworthy trailers and recreational vehicles owned by members, family members, tenants or property purchasers, who reside on the property, are permitted. Members are encouraged to take advantage of this resource by contacting one of these HOA representatives to check availability and to be placed on the wait list.

Storage Area Reminders:
- Use only assigned space
-Post owner contact information on trailers and RVs
-Notify the HOA when space is no longer needed
-Trailers may be moved by the HOA for property maintenance and
realignments
-Storage access codes will be changed as needed for security
The HOA pays for equipment and materials, while maintenance and
improvements are accomplished by neighborhood volunteers. Contact an HOA
representative to ask how you can volunteer an hour of your time to help keep
our common property beautiful.
